26th Annual Lennox Island Mawio’mi
The 26th Annual Lennox Island Mawio’mi is set for August 29-30, 2026, at the Lennox Island Cultural Grounds in Lennox Island, PEI. This cultural gathering continues to honour the enduring legacy of the Mi’kmaq Nation through traditional drumming, dancing, and storytelling. The Mawi’omi is a time of unity and celebration, bringing together members of Lennox Island First Nation and visitors from across Canada to share in this powerful tradition.
