Om Made
Founded by Lal MacMillan, a Plains Cree from White Bear who grew up in a French village, and Gord MacMillan, a Scotsman, Om Made was born in High Banks from a shared dream—to create something both beautiful and meaningful. In a fast-paced world, Lal and Gord discovered the art of soap-making as a grounding, fulfilling craft that connects creativity, culture, and care.
Working side by side each day, they handcraft soaps and self-care products that are pure, practical, and made with love. Rooted in their philosophy to “Walk Lightly,” every Om Made creation reflects respect for the Earth and harmony in all things.
All of their products are made with 100% natural and organic materials, including soaps, lotions, lip balms, moisturizers, shampoos, conditioners, bug-off sprays, and air refreshers. The First Nation–specific soaps, known as Sacred Bundles, feature traditional medicines—tobacco, sage, cedar, and sweetgrass—honoring Indigenous teachings and connection to the land.
