Val Jadis is a multidisciplinary Indigenous artist whose creative journey has explored many forms of traditional craft. Through this exploration, Val discovered a deep passion for beading—an art form that allows stories, teachings, and cultural identity to be woven bead by bead. Val creates beadwork for regalia, meaningful everyday items, earrings, and framed artwork, each piece grounded in cultural significance and personal expression.

Drawing inspiration from the natural world, Val incorporates the four to five traditional colours and honours earth elements in every design. Each creation is a reflection of gratitude, connection, and the beauty of Indigenous artistry. Val’s work celebrates both tradition and contemporary creativity, offering pieces that carry intention, identity, and heart.
